Vicki Bixel
As CEO of The Bixel Group, a nonprofit fundraising and management consulting firm, Vicki Bixel brings twenty five years of experience guiding mission-driven organizations toward greater impact and sustainability. She began her career in 2001 as a consultant with her family’s firm and, at just 27 years old, became one of the youngest CEOs to lead a well-established fundraising and organizational consulting company following the sudden passing of her father in 2005. After collaborating with other nonprofit consulting professionals for several years, she now leads The Bixel Group with a vision rooted in integrity, partnership, and measurable results.
Recognized as a leader in the nonprofit sector, Vicki has provided strategic counsel to hundreds of organizations—developing comprehensive fundraising plans, conducting feasibility and planning studies, leading capital campaigns, and coaching executives to strengthen development programs. Her work has helped raise transformative support for arts, cultural, environmental, educational, and human service organizations across the region.
A frequent keynote speaker and guest lecturer at Seton Hall University and Rutgers University, Vicki is often called upon by the media as a subject matter expert in philanthropy and nonprofit management. In 2016, she received the Association of Fundraising Professionals New Jersey Excellence in Consulting Award, and in 2013 was named a Woman of Influence in New Jersey by the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ).
Vicki serves on the Board of Trustees of Mount Saint Mary Academy in Watchung, New Jersey. A graduate of Montclair State University, she was raised in Plainfield and resides in West Orange, New Jersey.
